About Us

Jane Downes is a chartered accountant and has worked using her qualifications for the last 20 years.  Having trained with a Big 4 firm, PwC, and worked in various roles with a multinational and SME’s, she has an  in-depth knowledge of all aspects of finance departments.

She founded Part-Time.ie in 2018, recognising the demand that was there for part-time jobs.  Many of the roles  filled were of a finance nature and due to the calibre of candidate she was finding for employers, they started asking for help with full-time finance roles.

Jane Downes Finance Talent will focus on permanent and contracting roles in the finance sector.  We recognise that finance roles require various and specific skills and experiences and we will only ever put forward candidates who we feel are a good match.

Based in Galway city, but serving all of Ireland, we are absolutely focused on ensuring that both our clients and candidates have a positive experience with us.
